Recently, the President Rodrigo Duterte has been visiting Russia but had to cut his trip to return immediately in the Philippines and protect his Filipino people. Unfortunately, the ongoing clash between the government troops and the Mauto group of terrorists in the city of Marawi had lead him to declared Martial Law in the  whole Mindanao Island.

According to him, the Martial Law will be in effect for 60 days.

However, a lot of Filipinos has no concerned and becoming more insensitive to their endangered fellow men in Marawi City.

Apparently, someone using this Twitter account @MamshieRedge had posted a very insensitive tweets saying,

The tweets aroused much controversy among the netizens in the comment section because of disappointments.
